DELIVERY ZONES AND METHODS

Bastian Mobility SRL  uses different delivery methods depending on the destination area, with two such zones defined in the store:

1. Romania, where you can select from the following delivery methods:

- Domestic parcel with declared value (Posta Romana) for payments made in advance, by card or by bank transfer. Prices range between 17 - 22 lei (RON), equivalent USD, EUR or GBP, for shopping cart values between 1 - 500lei (RON) equivalent USD, EUR or GBP.
- Domestic cash-on-delivery parcel (Posta Romana), with payment on delivery. Prices range between 15 - 30 lei (RON), equivalent in USD, EUR or GBP, depending on the value of the shopping cart.

- Cargus courier, with prices ranging between 20 - 35 lei (RON) or the equivalent in USD, EUR or GBP, depending on the weight of the shopping cart, regardless of the payment method, in advance or cash on delivery.

- For shopping cart values greater than 500 lei (RON) or the equivalent in USD, EUR or GBP, for payments made in advance by card or by bank transfer, free shipping is offered (available only for deliveries in Romania) via the Posta Romana carrier.

2. Rest of the World, where you can select:
- Registered letter (Posta Romana), at the price of 35 lei (RON) for envelopes weighing less than 1 kg.

- Postal parcel (Posta Romana), at the price of 125lei (RON) for parcels with weight greater than 1 Kg.

-- For shopping cart values greater than 700 lei (RON) or the equivalent in USD, EUR or GBP, for payments made in advance by card or bank transfer, free shipping is offered via the Posta Romana carrier.

DELIVERY
We usually deliver in 4 days:
- from confirmation of payment, if it is made in advance; or
- from the order confirmation, if payment will be made by cash on delivery

Delivery time is between 4  and 7 days, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination. This delivery time may be extended for countries outside Europe.

PACKAGING
Products will be packed with great care and responsibility to ensure they arrive at their destination in very good condition. Regardless of the destination, products will be protected against creasing and moisture. 

TRACKING

All packages include a tracking number (tracking number), which will be provided to the buyer after shipment, so that they can check the shipment status at any time.
