Return Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy requires that purchased products be returned within 14 days of receiving them. This means that if more than 14 days pass, you can no longer return them, and we can no longer refund the cost of those products.

To return a product, it must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return, you must provide proof of purchase (for example, an invoice or order).

There are certain situations when only a partial refund can be applied: 

- Products with visible signs of wear that were not present initially
- Any item that is not in its original packaging, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons that are not attributable to us
- Any item that is returned after a period longer than 14 days from delivery

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the product has been received and whether your return has been approved or not.
If the return has been approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or the original payment method you used, within a few days.

Missing or delayed refund

If you haven't received our refund yet, first check your account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
Then, contact your bank. Also, delays may occur here until the refund appears in your account.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items purchased at a reduced price cannot, unfortunately, be returned. Only full-price items can be returned. 

GIFTS

If the product was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit instead of a refund, equal to the value of that refund.
Once the returned product is received, proof of the gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the person who gave you the gift is the one who ordered it and the one to whom it was delivered, we will send the refund to that person, who will thereby find out about your return.

DELIVERY

To return a product, you will need to send it to: Șvab Mihai-Nicolae (BASTIAN MOBILITY SRL), Str. Vasile Alecsandri, No. 1, Apt. 2, 410072 Mun. Oradea, Romania.

The postage cost for returning the product is your responsibility and these costs will not be reimbursed. You will only be refunded the value of the products you returned.

If you return products with a value greater than 100 lei (RON) or the equivalent in EUR, USD or GBP, you should consider using a postal service that offers a tracking number and/or insurance for the products, because we cannot guarantee that the products you return will reach us.
